职责描述：

1. Execute the agreed global product and component development strategy based on the buying strategy。

2. Provide the Supply Chain and Global Purchasing Organization with necessary information based on customers, section trends and developments。

3. Secure equal products globally based on customers and conceptsIdentify and

coordinat the competence needed for market development of concepts。

4. Develop, analyze and follow up the production market’s capabilities based on customers and concepts together with the Purchasing Manager (Division/Product)。

5. Enable new opportunities, based on the concept information & trends, with teams in the Global Purchasing Organization and Supply Chain。

6. Continuously provide feedback and support with solutions, to concerned teams in production markets。

7. Support the customer/concept appropriate options on product and components in the development and quotation stage based on the purpose of development。

8. Seek knowledge from the Buying Office team about what the concept/customer requires/wants and what the Supply Chain needs to support and understand the needs。

9. Secure that components and products are developed and produced in the right market to secure the best product and best buy together with the Purchasing Manager (Division/Product)。

10. Conduct risk assessment in the development stage to take necessary actions to produce the best product。

11. Be responsible for the concepts Material/Component Library and to receive and coordinate material sample bookings。

12.Support the growth of the Development Coordinator through inspiration, delegation, feedback and motivation。

任职要求：

1. Experience in product development processes。

2. Preferably 4-5 years of relevant experience。

3. Excellent written and spoken English。

4. Strong knowledge of the brand / customers / concepts。

5. Knowledge of different product types。

6. Constantly updated about trends。

7. Strong leadership and communication skills。

职责描述：

1. As the Product Specialist you will be responsible for evaluating supplierbasecapability together with global supply chain from specialist perspective, identifycapabilityandquality gaps based on purchasing strategy。

2. You take part in the globally focusing component/capability development programs。

3. You take part in the stop order and customer claim root cause analysis as well as solution for quality improvement activities globally when requested together with global supply chain or pos。

4. You are responsible for creating production quality guideline for the specific material covering material/process/testing/inspection method where needed, and support global supply chain or PO to evaluate capability for specific material on site upon request。

5. You also responsible for conducting related material knowledge education to BO upon request as well as sharing expertise, conducting training and developing related parties within the specified material field upon request。

6. As the Product Specialist you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by observing and sensitive for the new technology development concerning the responsible product/material and being innovative in adapting the new tech to benefit home business growth。

7. You act as speaking partner from specialist perspective for status and result sharing as well as speaking partner to bo where there are material specific questions in terms of quality representing global supply chain。

8. You act with high levels of professionalism at all times with good knowledge of global market strengths for the concerned material and industry。

9. You act as expertise in terms of quality/technique/production process/testing assurance with strong background of production as well as manufacturer’s quality management system for the identified materials。

2. Relevant home product experience is a must。

1.As the Senior Merchandiser, you have ownership over executing and securing the merchandising workflow for your specific section/department/product type, ensuring delivery of the best customer offer。

2. You are responsible for setting and coordinating the team’s goals, ensuring that they are aligned with the supply chain goals。
