Objective:

Toexecute systematic purchasing strategies for assigned categories base oncompany purchasing principle, responsible for categories/supplier performance, in coordination with otherfunctions to accomplish target via crossing team work

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Manageand maintain suppliers in aspect of panel, performance assessment, contractmanagement, negotiation activities

·        Responsiblefor supplier improvement initiatives from continuous cost reduction point ofview

·        Responsiblefor executing sourcing process from RFQ, quote analysis, negotiation, supplierselection and approval, sample order, parts approval and serial production

·        Fullyexecute the internal quotation process to support new business

·        Havefull understanding of the supply market including competitive information

·        Leada step-by-step project management process from start to successful supplierqualification

·        Securecomplete documentation at various stages for purchasing management

·        Reportbase on KPI requirement to purchasing manager in regular period

·        Assumesresponsibility for related initiatives as needs arise.

·        Continuouslystrives for improvement in performance of all responsibilities

·        Familiar with TS16949, EHS.

This position reports tothe Purchasing Manager–China

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has nosupervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

·        Engineeringor Business background.

·        Automotive industry is preferred.

·        Male is preferred.

·        3-5 years related experience in sourcing or supply chain related areas (preferably automotivesector).

·        Trainingin project management

·        Experienced in ERP

Other Skills and Abilities:

·        Teamplayer with good interpersonal communication skills

·        Abilityto work under pressure

·        Havea cross cultural understanding and able to work with colleagues globally

·        Fluentin both spoken and written English and Mandarin

·        Microsoft skill

·        Traveling will be required
