Responsibilities:

·       Lead in developing DC visionand mission. Set performance goals and KPI.

·       Ensure an effective productflow through all areas of the warehouse at all times.

·       Fulfill all of the customerorders on time in full at DC;

·       Drive DC strategyimplementation and key initiatives. Plan and build up DC capability of allrequired service models (wholesale, retail, e-com, returns and re-distribution)and capacity (storage and throughput), and improve productivity/costcontinuously to meet current and future business requirements.

·       Build up healthy DC culturethat focuses on 3C – collaboration, creativity and confidence.  

·       Build up DC team withcustomer/consumer-orientation and result-orientation, and required professionalskillset.

·       Ensure efficient communicationand collaboration with internal and external counterparts  

Requirements:

·       Excellent experience incommunicating with senior business management and excellent capability inmaintaining important customer relationship

·       Excellent project managementskills and ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept toimplementation

·       Effective communication skillsto motivate a management team and a large workforce, as well as working acrossfunctions and with external parties (internal and external customers, 3PL,local government and authorities).  Detailed understanding industry trend anddynamic business requirements to timely provide solutions to business.  

·       Utilization of best-in-classpractice as benchmark to make continuous improvement and reach operationsexcellence on service level, productivity, and cost against competition.
