无锡某外企直招：HC2000163 Sourcing Engineer - BHE
Excellent communication skills in both chinese and English, and mechanical design theory and practice background will be a plus.
The key resonsibilities of this position are to:
1. New supplier introduction,audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier for Alfalaval;
2. Make supplier better understand Alfalaval requirement,follow-up the procedure of new product phase in with Alfalava;
3. Help supplier to establish logistic system,set up the target for on time delivery and follow-up,and improve supplier delivery quality and process.Timely solve the excepitional quality and delivery issues in daily operation;
4. Organize supplier evaluation in certain period together with quality and engineering team;
5. Negotiating to get optimal price,and reduce lead time;
6. By using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up;
7. Set up and maintenance the supplier information and follow up;
8. Global sourcing project;
The ideal candidate should have University education background,with 4-5 years sourcing or relevant working experience within manufacturing environment,with good negotiation skill,with good English and computer skill.
The position reports formally to Purchasing Manager.And the key relationships are external suppliers,Intermal customers and other relevant support functions.
备注：此职位为直接物料采购，汇报对象为采购经理，二轮由老外面试，因此应聘者需要能英文流畅交流。
