Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronics and/or mechanical 12. 10+ years working experience, 6+ years sourcing/ supplier development experience in equipment manufacture industry Job Responsibilities: · Support US headquarter for parts or components sourcing projects, ensure the required quality level and achieve saving through global sourcing. · Manage sourcing projects to ensure implementation as schedule, report status by e-mail and hold regular video conference with counterpart in the US etc. · Seek potential supplier via fair, website and other channels, conduct supplier selection, audit and approval procedure together with other Suzhou functional department, · Lead sourcing activities such as engineering spec & quality standard interpretation to supplier, sample or prototype request, price & commercial terms negotiation, contract & agreement etc. · Coordinate for purchase, quality control, certifications and shipment, ensure good supply · Identify, justify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in all area of the supply chain processes · Other assignments by supply chain manager
