HC2200081 上海嘉定某公司直招金属件采购工程师  年薪30w左右（月薪2万*12+25% bonus）
Responsibilities:
⚫ Execute the sourcing strategy of assigned material groups, especially metallics, metallic
surface treatment etc.
⚫ Identify the optimization opportunities of supply base and material cost, and
continuously improve with sustainability.
⚫ Take the leading for supplier relationship management.
⚫ Identify and mitigate the supply chain risk.
⚫ Manage the purchasing price and cost reduction over assigned categories and suppliers.
⚫ Take leader in GSHA
⚫ Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for assigned categories and product lines.
⚫ Initialize and take the leading the sourcing projects management. Support new product
develop projects and product improvement projects to achieve the sourcing target.
⚫ Support quality and logistic to achieve and improve supplier performance indicators for
assigned suppliers and categories.
⚫ Maintain & improve communication & collaboration between lead buyers,
regions/plants sourcing organization & functions.
⚫ Coordinate with supplier quality to promote total quality & lead concept in supplier site
management.
⚫ Other tasks assigned by Head of Purchasing
Requirements:
⚫ Engineering bachelor degree, mechanics is a plus.
⚫ 5+ years working experience in the manufacturing environment of multinational
companies.
⚫ Good command of English  。
