工作地点：苏州相城区，靠近高铁新城；设备行业，月薪13-18K，一年15薪；本岗位要求有较好的机械/设备行业的经验，在机械零部件方面有一定的Sourcing经验。
Key responsibility:
1.Manage and develop suppliers to optimize supply base and to achieve best leverage on cost, quality, delivery and service.
管理和发展供应商以优化供应基础，并在成本，质量，交货和服务方面达到优秀的杠杆作用;
2.Work on localization /cost reduction /NPI (New Product Introduction) programs to achieve cost target and ensure supply chain readiness.
参与国产化/降低成本/新产品导入项目，以实现成本目标，确保供应链准备就绪。
3. Negotiate with supplier for cost reduction and other commercial terms to meet key business indicators.
与供应商协商降低成本和其他商业条款，以满足关键业务指标;
4.Lead to manage and evaluate supplier performance and to drive the supplier improvement actions to meet expected performance.
领导管理和评估供应商绩效，并推动供应商改进行动以达到预期绩效;
5. Keep good relationship and develop partnership with suppliers.
与供应商保持良好关系，发展合作伙伴关系;
6.Maintain purchasing data in SAP (vendor data, supply sources, supply conditions, purchase contacts, etc.), keep daily monitoring and renewing.
维护SAP中的采购数据(供应商数据，供应来源，供应状况，采购合同等)，保持日常监控和更新。
7. Prepare and deliver reports of spend, cost saving and BOM cost analysis as required.
按要求准备和交付费用、成本节约和物料成本分析报告;
8. Make proper documentation and filing of purchasing activities (NDA, RFQ, Contracts etc);
对采购活动(保密协议, 报价单, 合同等)进行妥善的文件编制和归档;
9.Strictly implement and continuously improve working process, ensure all activities are in aligned with internal control requirements, principles and ethical standards.
严格执行并持续改进工作流程，确保所有活动符合内部控制要求、原则和道德标准。
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above with engineering or business background,and electronics or automation majors are preferred, with 4+ years fully time sourcing, and local supplier development experience on assigned commodity.
本科或以上学历，工程或商务背景，电子或自动化专业优先，4年以上全职采购经验，并有指定商品本地供应商开发经验。
Good communication skills in English and strong learning.
良好的英语沟通能力和较强的学习能力。
Experience in procurement in the automation industry is preferred.
有自动化行业采购经验者优先。
Ability to track raw material and key commodities market trend and technology trend.
能够跟踪原材料和关键商品的市场趋势和技术趋势。
