Job Responsibilities：

1. Take the global responsibility of certain materials category strategy for entire PULS

  1>Definition and selection of components and materials as well as the qualification considering the commercial aspects.

  2>Support R&D for searching of new components and materials for new products.

2. Make the strategy of supplier base development, optimization and maintenance for entire PULS

  1>Consolidate the entire PULS supplier base and optimize the supply capability and PULS bargain leverage.

  2>Searching suitable potential suppliers and distributors resource for PULS.

  3>Evaluation of potential suppliers in accordance with PULS guidelines.

  4>Monitor qualification of potential supplier cross functional, give support on supplier audit.

  5>Make sure the suppliers' capacity can meet PULS demand.

3. Market supply/demand and price trend analysis for decision making

1>Provide support to buyer team for inventory management.

4. Global pricing strategy for cost saving for entire PULS

1>Conduct and lead the price negotiations with suppliers base on cost analysis and market supply/demand situation.

2>Obtain the reasonable final cost of materials or components as lower as possible considering all the commercial issues like the unit price, freight cost, customs declaration and trade term etc.

3>Submits RFQ's and performs analysis of supplier responses for best possible supplier and/or materials selection.

4>Maintain materials and components attributes in ERP/MRP system, including price and all of the terms.

5. Single focal point of entry for all commercial issue including complaint management

1>Analysis and Negotiates with suppliers on commercial issues to get as better as possible for all the procurement terms like payment terms, lead times, MPQ, order cancellation window, delivery terms etc so that buyer is easier to control the delivery and inventory management.

2>Performs supplier evaluation base on PULS standards and procedure.

3>Supplier complaint management from commercial point of view, including debit note for all kind of loss with the confirmation between suppliers and PULS QM.

6. Support cross-functional procurement projects

Develop and optimize global procurement processes.

Ensure and support supply management especially for phased-out parts, bankruptcy of supplier etc.

Requirement:

1. Know-how of relevant components manufacturing process. Like connectors, relays, fuses, terminal blocks, fans, etc.

Knowledge of raw materials like plastic for connector manufacturing.

general Knowhow of UL certification.

2.Knowledge of some norms of environment protection like REACH, Rohs, Halogen free, PVC-free, PFOS.

3.Studies with (electrical/electromechanical) technical background or multiple year (>5years) experience in electro-mechanical production company.

4. 3~5 years sourcing experience in multinational company.

5. Knowledge in MRP-System, SAP preferred

6.Good command in written and oral English communication, level C1.

7.PC skill especially for excel, PowerPoint, social media.

8.Strong negotiation skill.

9.Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict management skill with ability to express information/ideas in a professional manner to varying levels of people.

10.Logical and Analytical thinking capability.

11.Be proactive and take initiative, make informed decisions, and generate ideas to improve overall business performance on key metrics directly influenced by this position.
